华晖云门 / Gentlefolk

本项目位于深圳市南山区，紧邻新兴的南方科技大学，由五栋高层建筑组成。设计理念融合建筑的Artdeco风格，打造时尚典雅、简约舒适的景观新体验。设计中遵循“以人为本”的原则，在尺度、空间的营造中，眷顾居民中老人与儿童的行为需求和心理感受。充分挖掘小区内场地空间，根据架空层的区域特点划分出“动、享、乐”三大主题休闲空间，营造出宜居、舒适、充满阳光的现代生活体验空间。

The project is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City, next to the newly-built Southern University of Science and Technology, which consists of five high rise buildings. Its design concept integrates the Artdeco style of architecture, aiming to create new landscape experience with fashion and elegance, simplicity and comfort. The design is in accordance with the people-oriented principle, which pays attention to the needs and psychological feeling of elderly and children in construction and space. It fully unearths the space within the residential area and divides three leisure spaces according to the regional characteristics of overhead laver, creating a livable, comfortable and sunshine modern life experience space.
