运用现代中式的设计手法和理念，通过一湖、三区、八景的景观体系营造，塑造出集亲水性、可达性、公共性、安全性于一体的生态凤凰湖、魅力凤凰湖、人文凤凰湖。将与凤凰山一起构建凤凰新中心城区的生态景观核，形成山水一色的景观与旅游休闲核心。

The design of Phoenix Lake Park is incorporating the design of modern Chinese philosophy throughout a lake, three areas and eight landscape system construction, which created an accessible, public and safe Phoenix Lake areas close to water with its ecology, charm and Humanism. The construction of the new centre together with Phoenix Hill and Phoenix City Ecological landscape, forming a natural view and core of tourism and leisure.
